To change the password of your SimaPro Synergy account, you should go to User settings. Click on your user name on the side panel.
Then follow these steps:
Go to the Password and MFA settings section.
Click the button Manage password and MFA.
Click on Update.
Enter the new password under New password.
Repeat your new password under Confirm new password.
Click Submit.
When that is done, the password has been changed.
Password requirements
Your new password must meet all of the following:
Minimum length: 8 characters
Maximum length: 100 characters
Includes at least 1 uppercase letter
Includes at least 1 lowercase letter
Includes at least 1 number
