To set a new MFA or manage a previously created one of your SimaPro Synergy account, you should go to User settings.
Before you start
Make sure you can access the inbox for the email address you’ll use.
Have an authenticator app ready (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or FreeOTP).
Step-by-step: Set a new MFA
Click on your user name on the side panel.
Then follow these steps:
Go to the Password and MFA settings section.
Click the button Manage password and MFA.
Select Set up authenticator application.
Set up the new MFA using your authenticator app.
Click Submit.
When that is done, your new MFA has been set.
What happens next
After you complete these steps, click on Back to Application and you will be redirected to your organization in SimaPro Synergy.
