When you sign in to SimaPro Synergy for the first time, you’ll be prompted to create an account using your email address and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Before you start
Make sure you can access the inbox for the email address you’ll use.
Have an authenticator app ready (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or FreeOTP).
Step-by-step: Register your account
Go to SimaPro Synergy.
On the sign-in page, select Sign in.
Select Register.
Complete the required fields, then select Register.
Set up MFA using your authenticator app.
Enter the one-time code from the app, then select Submit.
What happens next
After you complete these steps, you’ll be redirected to your organization in SimaPro Synergy.
