Why am I locked out from my SimaPro Synergy account?

There can be several reasons why you cannot log in to your SimaPro Synergy account. The issue could be due to an expired license, an incorrect password, the removal of your license by an Organization administrator, or prolonged inactivity. When you attempt to log in, a message explaining the reason for your account being locked will be displayed.

To unlock it, please contact your Organization administrator or SimaPro support.
