If you get an error message saying that your database version is too new, make sure that you are using the latest SimaPro version. Check the latest SimaPro Installation here.
If the problem persists, please check if your service contract has expired or not. If it has expired then you are not eligible for the latest updates. Then, Contact SimaPro Support to upgrade to the latest version.
