Yes, that is possible.. When you carry out your uncertainty analysis:
Select the Inventory tab
Then click 'Display uncertainty data in a table' button
Right-click your mouse and select 'Store sample values' to save data of one substance, or 'Store all sample values' to save all data in the table (in .txt format).
