During the database import process, you may occasionally get "Cannot read user info" error after browsing to the database in the "Import SimaPro Database" window as follows.
This can happen when you want to import the (Full)Update database to update your data, or if you want to import additional SimaPro databases. If you encounter this, please first open the correspondence database via File > Open SimaPro database, close it, and then reopen your Professional database (or the database where you initially want to do the import). The error should then be resolved, and you can follow the remaining import steps.
