If you encounter problems with 'Automatic' activation (for example, due to the use of proxy servers in your network) choose 'Manual' activation. Here you can request an activation code either via a web browser or via email.
Please note that when you choose manual activation, the computer configuration (network, portable drives, etc.) must be the same at the moment you generate the activation request and the moment you enter the activation code.
Also note that the activation code is not your registration code, the activation code is unique for each PC-SimaPro combination (thus the same code cannot be used on more than 1 computer).
