There are four pre-defined roles in SimaPro multi-user, which are: Manager, Expert, Practitioner, and Visitor. By default, there is no password defined for the Manager. Meanwhile, the password for expert, practitioner, and visitor is the same as the user name.
To change the password for these users:
Login into the database as Manager
Go to Tools > User Management
Under Users, select the User > Edit
Fill in the Password field
Click OK
