Edit a SimaPro Share Scenario Project

Below you can find a description of the features available in the Edit Scenario Project dashboard:
(Unless otherwise stated, these features are only available for expert users)

(Also available for business users) The tab overall results contains any background information, instructions or findings added by the expert user. There you can also create or view all hotspots as an expert.

By selecting the above button you can create a new hotspot.



Example of a hotspot. You can view, edit, delete or create a copy of this hotspot.



(Only available for business users or Preview mode for experts) Example of a hotspot. The user will only be able to view the description defined by the expert user.



(Also available for business users) This tab shows all scenarios created by the expert user. Business users can view those scenarios in addition to creating their own scenarios.  Please note that expert and business users cannot edit the baseline scenario. 



(Also available for business users) Create a new scenario.



(Also available for business users) Collapse scenarios to hide the details.



(Also available for business users) Show all scenario details.



Use this filter to see scenarios built by a specific user.


 
(Also available for business users) The baseline scenario is the default scenario based on your SimaPro model. You can change the name and description of the scenario, and choose whether or not to show it to other users.  Please note that business users cannot edit the baseline scenario.



(Also available for business users) Filter to view only specific impact categories (depends on expert's choice of calculation option and impact assessment method).



(Also available for business users) View the impact of the top contributing processes, instead of the overall results.  Please note that this option is only available when analyzing 1 scenario (not when comparing 2 or more scenarios).



(Also available for business users) Filter to view only contribution to specific impact categories (depends on expert's choice of calculation option and impact assessment method).



(Also available for business users) View overall impact assessment results (per product stage or group), as defined by the expert.


Select or edit your calculation setup settings.



(Also available for business users) export scenario information and impact assessment results to Excel (in .csv format).



Click Preview to view what business users will see.



Close preview and go back to expert user view.

 

Add users to collaborate with on this project.  You can select from a list of existing users or create new ones.



Send out email to all assigned users to access your project.  Once a project is published, you cannot make changes to project settings, nor can you add more business users.  That is why a copy of your published project remains in the Draft section.  You can make any changes there and re-publish the project.  The published project will then be updated to the newer 'version'.
