Who receives the activity email notifications from SimaPro Collect?

Answer

The notifications for SimaPro Collect works as follows.
Business users get an email notification:

  • When they are invited to a new Collect survey
  • When the expert user has commented using the chat function on their survey. In that case, they will get an email notification each day until they have viewed the comment.

Expert users get an email notification:

  • When they are invited by another expert to a survey
  • When the business user or another expert user has commented using the chat function on the survey they sent out or were invited to. In that case, they will get an email notification each day until they have viewed the comment.
