In SimaPro Flow, you can hide projects from other experts with access to the company. This can be useful if you are working with confidential information or on a project on your own that you don’t want to show to your colleagues just yet.
How do I hide a Flow project?
To hide a Flow project you need to open the project you want to hide, then:
- Go to the project overview by clicking on the project name in the left-side menu.
- Open the Privacy and Ownership tab. (If you do not see the tab, then you are not the owner of the project and cannot hide it. You can always ask the owner to transfer the ownership to you so you can hide it. Read more about ownership here)
- Tick the box next to Hide project. Now the project is hidden.
Who can see the project when it is hidden?
The company admin and you (or the owner of the Flow project) can see the project when the Flow project is hidden. Other experts or business users cannot see the hidden Flow project.
What is hidden when I hide my Flow project?
Only the Flow project is hidden. If you have attached Share projects or Collect surveys, then they are still visible under the Share or Collect tabs on the front page.
